Salesforce Case Study- New Business Case Implementation

Client:
§  A Leading US based Healthcare Services Provider.


    Challenges:

§  There was a demand for a system which can work as an independent system to take care of Physician Referral Management for the one of the LOBs of the Client.

§  They wanted a system which could keep track of their patient's assessment data.

§  They wanted to integrate data residing in different systems.

    The Solution:

§  An unbiased physician referral system was built to support algorithm based physician search and selections, patient search, appointment booking and confirmations, reschedules,  etc.

§  As part of the Same Org and LOB they also wanted a System which could be used to keep track of Health Risk Assessment data which was captured through various healthcare events conducted by this LOB.

§  The custom HRA data resided in a different system and an ETL process was built to bring that data into Salesforce. All the necessary configurations and customizations were built to make the system ready for this integration. Custom reporting was built for the patient analytics which were required.

§  An efficient algorithm based physician referral assignment engine.

§  Increased reliability and adaptability due to its fairness.

§  Single platform to track all the assignments and produce reports for Invoicing purposes.

§  Better facility to the patients as the referrals could be done based on their historical data.

§  Better guidance to the patients based on different parameters available for selection criteria of the patient.

§  Driving directions could be given to the patient for comfort due to the usage of Maps.


§  Single system of records to get all the HRA data into one system. This could be used to perform various analytics used to get the right reports for the patients.
